Products are metered across a vibratory feed pan directly into the weighing hopper. Strain-gauge load cells continuously monitor the weight with microprocessor controls governing the flow. Once the designated target weight is achieved, the material is dispensed into the waiting bag, box, or container. This semi-automatic approach ensures consistent filling while allowing operators flexibility during package handling.
