The key to the ES-100 Palletizer's design is simplicity. Cartons or returnable containers are stopped at the infeed point and rotated to present the label facing out (with available label-out option) then pushed onto a carriage slip sheet. When a row is formed the carriage moves to a programmed location and the cartons are gently slid onto the pallet. The pallet rests on a hydraulic platform that automatically lowers as each layer is formed. Change-overs are also simple with preprogrammed stacking patterns easily selectable from the touch screen control panel. The small footprint of the ES-100 Palletizer along with factory-configured right or left-hand infeed enables it to fit into almost any area.
