	Automated Furnace Loading Systems are used in line with a large variety of industrial furnaces including Belt Furnaces, Pusher Furnaces, and Rotary Retort Furnaces.

Handles a Variety of Parts

Powell Furnace Loading Systems are designed to be capable of feeding a full range of parts at a variety of flow rates.

Simple To Operate

Recipe Driven: The operator simply types in a pre-programmed part number, and the system feeds the parts at the specified flow rate.

Simple Part Changeovers: To run a different part, the operator simply enters the new part number, and the system feeds at the corresponding flow rate.

Programmable Gap Times: The system sets the gap timer to ensure that the correct amount of time is left between orders, no more and no less.

Alarms: The system automatically shuts down on critical alarms, flashing lights signify non-critical alarms such as low-level and empty hopper conditions.

Precise Control of Flow Rates

Computerized control of feeders coupled with loss-in-weight feeding (0.1lb accuracy) provides 99% feeding accuracy for the majority of parts


	Soft Parts Handling The controlled vibration of our feeders ensures that parts are fed and spread in a firm gentle manner. Hoppers, feeders and ramps are lined for soft part acceptance, and soft-spill rollover sequences are incorporated with system dumpers.

Even & Consistent Belt Loading

Utilizing PID based feeding control, the Furnace Loader produces an even spread of parts across the belt throughout the order.

A Variety of Applications

The Furnace Loader can be configured to load Mesh Belts, Enclosed Cast-Link Belts, Rotary Retort and Roller-Hearth Furnaces, as well as washers, process lines, and transfer machines.

With PLC & PC programming, design, and fabrication done in-house, Powell possesses the capability to customize a Furnace Loading System to suit your needs.

Customized system layouts can be developed to handle exceptionally fragile or difficult parts, or to accommodate specific process requirements, such as part layer loading.
